Burn is one of our programs to burn all your calories and increase post-workout metabolism. In this program we invite you to spend time sweating and burning calories together.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a high-intensity cardio training program. HIIT is done with a fast duration and has a big impact in building your body's muscles, especially in the leg and abdominal muscles
